The building itself offers 11,811 square meters of modern office space for rent and provides diverse spatial configurations with a variety of size options tailored to tenants' needs and business growth. Available spaces range from 250 square meters to larger multifunctional office spaces of over 1,000 square meters, with the option of a separate floor and attractive ceiling heights by today's standards, ranging from 3.29m to even 5.95m, while our architects are here to tailor this authentic space to the needs of each single tenant. All options feature their own entrance, toilets, and kitchen. Access routes are planned from three different streets, and tenants have access to an almost indefinite number of parking spaces in front of the building, as well as dedicated bicycle parking and a large rooftop terrace with the most beautiful city panorama.

Additionally, since business requirements are a priority for us, free shuttle transport is organized for all tenant companies and their employees every 20 minutes from Trg Republike, on weekdays from 8 am to 11 am and from 3 pm to 6 pm, with the option of completely adapting the shuttle schedule to the needs of individual tenant companies.

Closed for traffic, this gastro-park features a spacious promenade adorned with large green islands with benches for relaxation, and during the summer season, it becomes a venue for festivals and wine, delicacies, sustainable fashion bazaars, etc. Particularly attractive are the spacious gardens facing Linijski park, which attract hundreds of visitors outdoors daily. Visitors to Gastrošor have access to around 250 parking spaces, while green areas occupy almost a third of the new Belgrade gastro-park.
